Went today for leg wax and arm pit wax, with one of the fully qualified therapist the room was u clean and the towels were dirty and rock music was being played dying my treatment . During my treatment the therapist took a phone call and had a conversation with her husband whilst I was laid on the bed half dressed although it is cheap you do pay for what u get and I would never ever go back . The wax was not even removed off my skin following my treatment and it’s was such awful experience for me
