The team did a very good job in cleaning the parts of the house which were often overlooked. They were also very efficient, and polite. I can say that the service they provided is worth the price. Would definitely recommend them to my friends!!

I used Remora cleaning before and the service was great. This time around I am disappointed with the level of service I received. I contacted Remora for the end of tenancy cleaning for a four bed house. They sent two cleaners in the evening to attend the property and carry out the mammoth task. I really felt bad for the cleaners as they stayed in the property until 23:00. The job felt rushed and there were areas missed. I can't blame the cleaners as they did their best given the size of the property and the time. I had to go over some areas myself the next morning to make sure that the property was up to standard.

These guys did such a good job, getting in every corner and cranny. They really worked wonders on the house, which looked incredible afterwards. We did question whether a professional clean was an extravagance given all the costs associated with moving, but it was so worth it. The house feels clean and fresh and comfortable and ready for us to unpack all our stuff. Tempted to get them back every year for an annual refresh!

Avoid this awful company! On 7th of February I’ve booked end of tenancy cleaning. I couldn’t be present during cleaning, so concierge provided the team with the keys. When I came back home, I thought that they haven’t even been there. Dirty floors, kitchen, bedrooms. They haven’t done anything. Literally nothing! My checkout was at 11 am next morning, so we had to find another cleaning service asap and pay double price for emergency because Remora didn’t pick up the phone. I paid £600 overall for end of tenancy cleaning. Moreover, when I emailed remora next morning, they’ve sent me bad quality photos of the flat saying that it has been cleaned. The photos were made at the daytime, while I received the call from the team that they have arrived at 4.10 pm. As you know, in February in London it’s already total darkness at 5pm. They haven’t spent there even an half hour. Dishonest workers, poor customer service. AVOID IT! After chasing them for a week, I’ve got a refund of half of the price, while I had to pay another company £400 for the emergency!Reply to response: I wish you paid as much attention to proper cleaning as to Google reviews! I returned to an absolutely dirty apartment and I proved it with all the evidence. I ordered end of tenancy cleaning over the phone. So I have no idea what are you talking about. Most of the reviews here might be fake. I hope after my review less people will suffer from your company.

I recently purchased a new house and it had been sat vacant for 6+ months. On completion day, the Remora team came in and provided me with a deep clean which was fantastic. They were on time and got the job done in 3-4 hours (a team of 3!). I would certainly recommend them to anyone!

First time booking. Cleaners arrived at 12.15 yet I booked for 9-11. Was told there was a problem with the car. Also felt the cost was too expensive but its all that I could find within time frame. I had to help on some tasks and they even missed bits.They didn't do the extractor fan, I had to tell them to do the skirting boards. Please avoid this company. They are not worth your time or money.

It's my first time having my mattress deep cleaned, and I am satisfied with their service! Their staff are very punctual and knows what they have to do. All stains were removed. Fresh and clean, just like how I bought it! Will definitely contact them again :)

Took the money for a “deep clean” which supposedly took several hours, upon inspection no cleaning was done at all. Apartment was filthy, the sofa had stains and dog fur from the previous tenant on it, even window sills were dusty and full of animal hair. When we followed up on it, the head of the company insisted the deep cleaning was done (despite ample evidence to the contrary) and only sent someone to lightly hoover the place.Complete fraud, avoid at all costs.

I booked Remora for an end of tenancy cleaning at my flat and I must say that I am so impressed with the level of work they carried out! The cleaners are very professional and cleaned the place thoroughly. They were able to address all my concerns as well. Some of the marks on the carpets (which I thought were permanent) were removed, leaving the flat spotless! The new tenants are so happy when they moved in! Would definitely book them again.
