Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble breakfast continental was very good with plenty of choices. My only criticism is the rooms are very tired and need upgraded the rooms don’t get cleaned unless you put a sign on the door but my biggest complaint is the beds did not get charged I would expect that they be changed after 4nights especially when the weather is very hot which it was during my stay of 7night

If you have limited budget and good sleep quality, this is a good choice. We have the room on 1st floor, the floor is a bit dusty. However,the hotel staff is really nice and helpful.

The room was not clean. We requested to have our room cleaned daily as we continuosly found bugs (appeared to be bed bugs) on our beds in each of our 5 nights, however we found that the bed sheets and pillow covering were not changed throughout the 5 nights of our night. The floors also felt sticky which was unpleasant when we stepped oour barefoot from the bath.Fortunately, the bath towels appeared to be fresh after every refresh of the room.The staff were also friendly and provided excellent advice to all our queries about places to go around the vincinity.

Fantastic hotel. The staff were brilliant, polite and took the time to inform us of everything we needed to know. The breakfast was tasty and plenty to choose from.The rooms are a little tired but they were clean and served us well for the night.

Horrible experience. I was given a room on the first floor. The room was super small. After fitting in two beds, there was barely spaces to walk. There were no headboards, no box springs, and mattresses were lack of support that they seem very old and the interior has already worn out. The bed frame was flimsy and unstable. The entire room looked very old and outdated with a very bad smell. Furnitures and amenities were super minimal. $1.99 trash bin and $0.50 drinking glasses from IKEA made the room look cheap. Couple spiders and bugs were found inside the room. And most importantly, the room I got was nothing like the listed photos. That is false advertisement and deceiving visual presentation. Location is quite convenient, couple minutes of walk to metro station. That was probably the only reason I picked this hotel. DO NOT waste your time and money on this hotel" (more like an inn or motel to me). There are way better choices out there with lower price tag."

Lovely hotel in central London. Very healthy and tasty breakfast, pleasant staff, rooms are very clean, new mattress in the room, pillows and duvet. Very safe and convenient. Reception 24/7. Easy to book a taxi and an excursions on reception. Nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Gardens and Thames for evening walk. All sightseeing in walking distance. Highly recommend.

This guest house/hotel is located in central London. It’s located near most attractions and is reachable via bus or tube. The rooms are small and we never even got the double bed we booked. The bathroom is very small and can hardly turn around. The room floor was at an angle for some reason. The room was hot during the night. There is no fridge or air conditioner, just a fan that provides little cooling and the room is really stuffy. The shower had no hot water unless you adjust the broken knob and wait for a while. The room was also noisy as we heard furniture moving upstairs and water etc.. every night. The wifi never worked properly during our stay as they said it’s been upgraded. The lift was struggling to go up and it actually stopped working the day we left which meant carrying things down the stairs. Not a good experience for what we paid.

Well located, in front of the bus stop and 10min walk to victoria station and very nice staff, on the other hand... nodobody cleaned our room during the stay, mattresses were terrible, very small room and bathroom (and smelly as well). Quite disapointing for the price we paid.

Room 111 was great right next to the breakfast room. Nice room only issues were very poor TV and Internet reception. Cold bathroom and poor handle on shower. Other than that a lovely stay. Very impressed with the breakfast on offer. I stayed in another hotel on the same street in September. Same price but the difference was night and day. I will be back.

A lovely hotel in a wonderful location in London! Couldn’t be more happy with our stay! Bed was great, good breakfast, the staff was great, the only minus was that the Water pressure wasn’t the best! Was also a bit warm because of the weather, but luckily for us they had put in fans" so that helped a whole lot!All in all a great place to spend a long weekend when you are going around central London."
