A Stitch In Time

Had two pairs of Dickies trousers altered, was feeling slightly worried as the material is very thick. Super quick turn around, super happy with how they have turned out and would never be able to tell they had work done to them! Thanks again will deffo be back

Got my suit dry cleaned here, my jacket came out all lumpy/bubbly. If I had to guess, a hot iron was applied directly and for too long and has ruined the fabric.

I’ve been for alterations several times over the years this time I took a jumpsuit - bodice & underarms baggy; and a shapeless dress, both garments had tricky, delicate material.. (wedding guest attire) Izabela made the alterations and I’m delighted and sooo pleased with my now fitted dress and elegant jumpsuit..Thank you to Izabela & staff - always polite, always do their best & always go the extra mile! Fantastic Service!Took daughters bridesmaids dress for alteration on Tuesday and it was altered and ready by Friday morning.It was an adult dress ,which was too small across her back,and when it was altered it fitted perfectly and looked lovely..Cannot recommend this service enough,the woman who does the alterations fills you with confidence and remains calm in the most stressful situations.

Went here to get a popper replaced on my favourite coat. Really polite and friendly and really pleased with the result. Would highly recommend and definitely use again for any repairs or alterations.

This lady lacks professionalism! I took in a few garments to be altered and a couple of wedding dresses to be dry cleaned. I was quoted a price for the wedding dresses and informed that should the price change when she has taken them in to the dry cleaners, she would call me and let me know .My mum went into her shop for her own alterations and she told her to pass on the message that one of my dresses has been deemed to be a wedding dress and not an evening gown but did not tell her about any price difference.I went in to collect the dresses and was surprised to be charged £40 more. When I questioned this, she attacked the situation with a raised voice and insisted that she had told my mom. My point was that she had not told her the price had changed and had not called me to inform me of any price change as she promised she would. She refused to apologise for this and continued to argue, in front of other customers.To top it off, the wedding dresses were still dirty at the bottom.Stay away from this business. Although she does have little talent in her trade, her people skills are appalling!

Friendly, professional, fairly priced, customer focused, and did an amazing job.
