Courteous guys who worked cleanly and were courteous whilst in my home. Quick to respond to queries and rectified an issue.

Communication at the start was great. Got booked in for hive thermostat installation.On the day no updates given as to when the engineer would arrive.Installer comes and asks for a number of things not communicated prior. Taking pictures of every room inside the house and etc. If your not comfortable I won't taje but then won't install the Hive?And asking for paperwork to be sent to a middle man to then e uploaded. Can you guarantee confidentiality and data protection?Customer service poor.

Greg,CHris,James and Callum from switched on are amazing. Having spent the last two years building our own home switched on have been head and shoulders above any other contracter we have employed. So refreshing these guys have gone above and beyond to ensure our underfloor heating is performing to perfection. There work ethic and attention to detail is exemperily, i would not hesitate to recommend these guys for solar, airsource, heating and underfloor heating installations. Not only was the initial installation of 21 solar panels, two back up batteries and an airsource heat pump good value for money and completed in a proficient and timely manner but their service post commissioning has been the best we have seen in many years. thanks guys

We used Switched On Yorkshire for the electrical work in our new kitchen. The team came to our house understood the plans and got on with the installation of a new RCD unit, moving and creating new sockets/switches. They kept us informed along the way and throughout the process working to accommodate other tradespeople. I'd highlight recommend Switched On Yorkshire for all your electrical and heating work.

Have had a new heating system and boiler fitted under the eco scheme. Took a while for it all to go through but Rachel from the eco side chased everything relentlessly for us.Very very good at getting stuff done and went above and beyond to get my friend sorted who was freezing in his flat. The workmen sent to insulate the walls and others for the heating were brilliant, on time, tidy and hardworkingDelighted with the results.
