I just wanted to make people aware not to buy a kia sportage reg number (SP65 RVY) from there as its been rejected for multiple issues. They have the cheek to put it back on the market after all the problems. We had an independent inspection done on the car before rejection and was not good. Active fuel leak, fuse box cover missing, injectors leaking oil from top of engine, back door had serious rust at top, engine was filthy, back axle corroding, back brakes binding. That's only some of the issues. If you deal with David hannah avoid him as everytime we phoned with another issue he came up with another excuse to say there is nothing wrong with the car. He also had my partner in tears for all the attitude he gave us. They also stamped the log book to say they serviced it and didn't even touch the car. For David also to say his mechanics are wizards they are far from it if they can't even do a simple service. Glad this place is shutting down and it's about time to. Pictures of car to follow.

Would give zero if I could. Completely mugged off from the Dundee branch saying that they would look at my problem lights on dashboard and didn’t. Saying I disagreed to it and won’t send me a call recording. I have a service plan with PV and still got charged £85 for a fuel flush and oil change which I didn’t not agree to on said call. I can come listen to call but remember ‘it’s cringy listening to yourself’ absolutely fuming. My car is 2 years old and under warranty so this should have been done anyway. Complete cowboys!!!!!!!!!! Management in Dundee don’t do anything they have been nothing but arrogant. Shame that in this day and age people do not take responsibility for their mistakes or even a little apology would be appreciated but this company I will never deal with again. Protests outside the Dundee branch surely says something is wrong with the company.

Can't complain about sales team. Aftersales however are beyond shocking. On day of pickup the spare key didn't work now been back 3 times in the space of 3 nearly 4 months and still no spare key. Paint work on car had been absolutely botched they denied they had touched paintwork and that it had been through their valet bay and paint hadn't come off. Must be stevie wonder that works in their valet bay as sticker residue was still on all doors and interior was bogging. Ac has also failed and despite being in twice still not fixed. Sat in store for a 'sit and wait' appointment 2nd time round for nearly 6 hrs this resulted in me being late for work and losing wages. Was promised a callback from customer services,still haven't received one. Noticed there have been protests outside this branch from disgruntled customers,clearly I'm not the only unhappy customer. They couldn't care less about you after they have your cash. Would 100 percent NOT recommend buying your car from here. Pay a little extra and go to a reputable dealer

Disappointing, difficult and stressful.The car was not ready, did not meet the preparation standards and had wet seats. On top of this, Peter Vardy did not provide me with any documentation. Between the repairs required and the missing documentation, it’s now coming up to 3 months and my issues still have not been resolved with Peter Vardy ignoring communications.Peter Vardy binned my service history documentation (despite it being sold with this), meaning that I have no evidence of the cars history should I wish to sell in the future.Waiting on a response through the formal complaints procedure.

I would give 0 stars if I could - absolutely avoid completely.I have had absolutely nothing but problem after problem since buying my car from them in February. I was given the car after waiting over 3 hours with my 2 month old daughter, and it had soaking wet seats inside. It went back in the next day after purchase with multiple warning lights on the dash, along with loss of power and resulted in a turbo needing replaced. I was given a courtesy car which was absolutely filthy, a second courtesy car which half way down to England came up with warnings of needing new brake pads (they knew I was driving on holiday).. I returned the courtesy car to them and complained about this and the condition of the car I purchased to be met with complete rudeness from multiple members of staff, shrugged shoulders and told ‘I don’t know what you want me to say your not the first person who’s complained today’ from a manager!! I raised a complaint with my finance company, and also the Financial Ombudsmen who are investigating further. I took the car to another PV Dealership as I absolutely did not trust Dundee’s ability to fix the issues.. the other dealership refused to fix the car because of the state it was in and said they would have to strip the car back and start again.. and advised me to return the car to the original branch!despite them replacing the turbo in March, it’s now been in their garage for 3 weeks and needs another new turbo, and also a new gasket, amongst having a oil leak, the AC and heater stinking of diesel and loss of power.All this whilst having a young baby, I have made endless trips back and forward to their garage all at my expense, given courtesy cars that haven’t been up to standard either and not had as much as an apology.I sent a large email of complaint to Head Office outlining absolutely everything from start to finish and still have never been contacted with a resolution offer.Their communication is absolutely shocking, they show zero care to customers and their after sales is quite frankly disgusting.I’m now left fighting with companies to get my money back, the car is STILL in the garage and no one is taking ownership of the absolute mess they’ve left me in!Fair to say I’ll be taking this further!
