When I moved to the south west I was dreading having to go through the rigmarole of trying out loads of garages before finding that one-in-a-hundred good one that you actually trust. I fell on my feet with RAM Autos, a super-friendly family-run business. Professional, skillful, reasonably priced and they'll bend over backwards to help. Can't really ask for more than that.

Incredible service from them and such friendly people to work with- picked my car up and delivered it back no problem, got a phone call 15 minutes before delivering it back to let me know the work was all done and I could pay over the phone or do a bank transfer. Very easy and smooth process, total confidence in them throughout. They even explained how the car might feel when driving it next and anything I needed to look out for. RAM Autos was recommended to me by a friend who said they were reliable and nice and the best price around- only £175.16 to do my front brake pads and discs when other garages were quoting me £245 and £219. Will definitely go back to them for any future work.

Ryan’s worked on my cars since 2016 (back when part of Filton garage) & has always done a good and honest job. Rates also very competitive. Can’t recommend highly enough.

The best thing I did was ask for recommendations for garages as it bought me to these guys, honestly they couldn't do more for you! They dropped everything on several occasions to come to my aid, spent time listening and explaining things clearly, were super friendly with excellent customer service. I wish id known about them sooner. Nothing was too much hassle for them. An absolutely super company. Absolutely top service. Reviews say it all.

My wife and I were visiting Oldbury and needed a transmission and engine oil change and service on a newly purchased Mercedes. A local neighbour highly recomended R.A.M Auto's to us. I called Ryan for a quote, he gave a very reasonable price and booked us in for an appointment just 2 days later. We received fantastic customer service and was billed exactly what was quoted. I was recommended this garage a few years ago, and wouldn’t go anywhere else now! I use it yearly for the MOT, and if we have any other car problems. Everyone I’ve spoke to here are really friendly,they are very reliable, trustworthy and so helpful, and obviously very experienced! They also collect my car/bring it back,and offer great advise/help if the can. It’s also nice to feel confident, that I won’t be ripped off. Definitely would recommend!
