For many years, I use to shop at Asda as everything was a reasonable price and good quality. But since 6 months, the prices have gone up and the quality has changed. But despite that we use to still shop at Asda. But now they have employed some new staff and who do not speak to customers in a good manner.

Ordered £50 worth of shopping from Asda via the Just Eat app at 19:25, phoned the store at 21:05 to ask where my order was. Miraculously then a driver was assigned and had “arrived” to collect the order. Get to around 22:05 and then I get an email to say my order was cancelled?! What is going on?? 2 and a half hours I waited, never ordering via this method again, appauling service!

Appalling self service checkout. Scan and go app crashing constantly. Team busy chatting to each other rather than helping customers with their purchase when needed. Better go elsewhere.

Complete and utter shambles at Southampton ASDA this morning due to a complete lack of manned tills. According to my till operative, the store's manager is either unable or unwilling to employ more staff. The staff they have got are too busy shopping for others rather than providing elderly shoppers with a speedy and acceptable service at the tills. I noticed a large number of elderly shoppers looking distressed and upset as they were made to stand and queue for over 15 minutes to get served. As usual, the manager was nowhere to be seen.

I’ve been using this Asda for years and so far I haven’t got any complaints. It’s clean, staff is helpful and the location is great. I like that the parking is very close too so you don’t have to go too far with your shopping.

As a tourist who stayed at the hotel near this store, I'd say people can be satisfied with its products which contain different types of groceries, also the roasted chicken was impressive, it's not only the price but also the quality!The service was not bad, especially a young man who assisted me to use the self checkout machine and a woman who helped me to get in when the auto gate couldn't function normally. But yes, the issues that other people have written about here exist, like the attitude of some staff. Maybe it's located in the city centre which are all kinds of people there, and that can be related.In general, I enjoyed shopping here.

When doing an online uber eats order, they completed shopping as normal showing that all of my items were available, and then right as the driver was picking it up, the order was updated to show that actually only 1 item out of 20 was going to be delivered. This was done right before my order was being delivered, meaning I had no chance to cancel it and I've been charged a service fee and delivery for an item worth less than £2. So cheers for that.

A terrific selection of food keeps everyone very busy. I am on a diet at the moment so I am trying not to buy very much food. But l always enjoy seeing a good spread of items to choose from. Asda have a lot of floor space so it's a long walk around but I think that the queues at the tills probably speak for themselves. Because they always know how to keep the customer satisfied.
