I'm unable to activate internet banking even reset everything. The staffs were help me out especially thanks to the branch manager. She is nice and super helpful. Deeply appreciated.

Hi. Had a text asking for me to enter a survey re my visit on 29 June, which I was unable to link onto as I have an 'old-style' mobile. Just for the record, Michelle attended to all my wants perfectly, so couldn't ask for better service.

Unprofessional service, refused to swap over notes because it was too much trouble.

Really poor customer service. A while ago I had an appointment with a staff member who not focused and ended it early. They then rearrange it to 12:30 on a Saturday but they forgot that the bank closed at 12. When we turned up a staff member then closed the door on my friends shoulder when we knocked on the door and told us that we hadn’t booked. The original member of staff ran out then apologised to us. I then closed my bank account after this ordeal. Since then I tried to get some money changed but a very snobby woman said this wasn’t possible and didn’t offer any alternative places where I could get this done. This has put me off ever banking with Lloyds again.

I had a problem with payment not going through online. Went in , all got fixed within half an hour. Great team, and great customer service.Thank you.

Cash machines inside are clean and work. Ones outside are touch and go. Friendly staff.

Very Poor Service -- went in at 16:34 today, 4 tellers at the counter, 1 dealing with a massive deposit of coin. two involved with staff training and the last one walked off! After waiting some 6 minutes, asked the training member how long it might be before I would be served - she replied 'we have to train staff' - no time estimate, the 4th teller still hiding - this is not the first time I have had to wait and wait at this bank.Not impressed.
