Brilliant service from Reliable skips, easy to hire and ask for your date/time of preference. Always on time when they delivered and collected the skip. They always remind you when they come. Overall, definitely recommend!!

Skip was delivered no problem and then removed on the day I requested, would recommend this company.

Used this company for the first time . Thought it was good value for money how wrong I was.Firstly wrong size skip was delivered, waited a week for them to replace the skip. I specifically asked them to ring me 30- 60 minutes before they arrive to ensure that no cars are parked outside the house as the house was empty. No one phoned, then got call from them to say they they tried to deliver the skip but there was a car in front of the house and they have left without delivering the skip and tried to charge me a call out fee of £100 + VAT. I managed to get this waived .When they came to collect again no phone call but luckily the neighbour phoned me and I got there on time. I had a mattress and sofa in skip which are restricted items( please read small print carefully) I told driver that I will take them out but he said that he will check with depo if he can take them . Waited for 30 minutes while diver was speaking to his manager. The driver then loaded the skip and drove off.A few days later I received a bill for £80 + Vat for having restricted items in the skip . I had no choice but to pay this.Absolutely shocking company , no communication at all. Will never be using them again

Delivered on agreed date and removed again on day agreed. I booked online and booked the wrong date. I rang the number and it was sorted within minutes.
