If you want to get ripped off after a service vehicle check. And they will let you drive even your car has issues which you can pay anyway as you wanted to sort it out. they will just reply they were really busy". and if you want to get more upset after following up a complaint. the service manager David Jeanes will not respond until you reach customer service. And he will just lie about it. As he is so unprofessional. it's up to you mate.. there are better garage in wsm better than this place..."

I went to Drive to just take a look at a few vans to get a feel for what I wanted after my work van suddenly broke. I was introduced to Cedric who from the start listened to what I wanted and went through all the options for me. Nothing was too much trouble, even helping to keep my children entertained when we were busy by giving them a hot chocolate! After finding a perfect van he went through the motion flawlessly and was extremely helpful all the way through. We will be looking into a new family car next year and will not hesitate to be back. 5 star service from Cedric through to the service staff who put my new van through quickly so I could get back to work. Thank you!

Vauxhall drive booked my car in earliest date a month away, 8am.car arrived that time on a Friday, which I was told it would be upon ramp by 9am ish.It appears that it wasn’t even looked at until 4 days later. Why does Vauxhall not trust it garages to book in their own jobs.perhaps then people would not feel so very annoyed at this completely ridiculous way of dealing with customers. Or simply be honest. I will not be going there again.You cannot even ring direct to any Vauxhall work shops or show rooms

I have lived in Weston Super Mare for nearly 5 years and In that time I’ve visited Drive Vauxhall in WSM twice, both times with the same end result. This time we saw a car online, but decided against paying the deposit due to the lack of photos or assurance of the look or condition of the vehicle. We ensured we were there for opening time next morning. We were greeted by a friendly gentleman who we enquired about the availability of the vehicle in question. We were initially told it had been sold, and then subsequently told that it was actually just having some work done in the garage but we were unable to see it. We twice questioned the price as didn’t have time to waste on test runs if this was incorrectly marked. We were reassured both times it was fine and I took my child to her sports group and arranged (at cost) childcare after, knowing that if all went well then paperwork would need to be completed etc. Having then wasted two hours on test drives and ensuring all insurance could be sorted and premiums covered etc we agreed the deal, again querying the price. This must have been asked at least 4 occasions now with assurances the price was correct each time. At the point of paying out money the sales manager proceeds to come out the back to tell us the car had been priced incorrectly by over 4 grand!! Funny that considering the last time we visited and agreed to buy a car it was 2.5 grand underpriced at the point of paying for it! After much faffing and the usual rubbish from their end they brought out their super dooper sales boss who said clearly this wasn’t good enough from their side and altho he couldn’t get near the price we had been quoted, reassured was correct countless times and wasted time we didn’t have that because it was a sales weekend event (lucky us we always seem to be visiting on sales event weekends, it’s almost like magic!) that he would do his very best for us and squeeze as much of a discount as possible for us. That very best offer after another 20 mins waiting was a poxy £221 quid off! Insulting and embarrassing at best. Nothing further to be said we left and bought a car from a professionally run company (none in weston tho as they all seem to have the same low standards of customer service). I hate to leave bad reviews like this, but as it’s happened BOTH times we have visited this branch trying to buy a car (this time costing us £100 in wasted childcare fees) I couldn’t let it slide. Buyers beware, once is a shame, twice is shady at best!
