The staff member there when I went in was incredibly friendly and helpful in helping me select a gift as I was a bit unsure of what to get. She explained the differences in wool types so it was easy to understand as I didn't know much about it. Would highly recommend a visit.

The vast majority of the shop is acrylic yarn, or 80% acrylic/20% wool mixes. With the exception of a basket of lovely Shetland Croft wool. I had expected there to be a selection of local dyers work or blue faced Leicester or merino mixes. If you like knitting acrylic then this has a very wide selection for you to choose from.

I stopped in here for a gift while on holidays and the woman working was both helpful and polite. They had a huge selection of skeins and various other accoutrement for crafts. I would certainly recommend this store to anyone in the area.
