Finally got round to ordering a photobook for our wedding. We did a lot of research as we needed good quality photos. CEWE was highly recommended so we decided to order the XXL photobook with classic photographic paper. Excellent quality, easy to use (with the program), fast delivery. Photobook looks sleek and classy. A little pricey but worth it. Really impressed!

I ordered a large photo book as a gift for my managers leaving event. My manager has worked within our NHS ward for 27 years so our team wanted everything to be perfect. I spent hours collating photos, poems and putting the book together. I ordered in time for it to be delivered for my managers last day (10 days in advance). However, it got lost somewhere between printing and quality check!!! I tracked it online, this didn’t work as the tracker was days out of date. I spent 2 days chasing it, phoning the company to eventually be told they had lost it. I was offered a 10% discount with a reprint; or full refund for no book. I feel I should be offered full refund AND reprint! I’m so disappointed by this, not acceptable at all. Would not recommend this company.

I can't endorse this photobook company enough. I spent about 4 weeks curating an incredibly detailed and specifically laid out book for my mum's 60th and it is absolutely incredible what was delivered to my front door.Reasons for 5 Stars:-Options of size and papers with clear guidance on each type-The ability to very easily change the size and paper once chosen-The price per page-The entire way of creating the book. It looks confusing at first but it is so intuitive and EASY to put things on the pages and place them EXACTLY where you need to. Click and drag!-Plenty of colours and borders and fonts (if you're writing). Fun clip art and a foolproof way to upload your photos to the top of the page so you can just see them and add them-The extremely frequent save reminders and the account page that holds everything for you. I had full trust nothing would be lost-I ordered it on a Sunday evening, and the entire 50 page XXL Portrait book arrived on Thursday. INCREDIBLE. The speed of arrival actually put me on edge as I thought the quality couldn't possibly be any good if it came this fast, but it was perfectionIt looks like I'm being extremely over-the-top about this but I honestly had such an easy and stress free time creating it. And seeing my mum open it was absolutely priceless for me.I would only have one single improvement for the designers on the website - please can there be an option to delete photographs from the bar at the top if you have uploaded the wrong one or uploaded a duplicate. I used about 180 photos and it became a bit cluttered at the top!All in all, it was an incredible website and such a beautiful beautiful outcome. THANK YOU!!!

I have ordered photo books previously and they were good quality although the app is a bit fiddly to use. However recently I ordered 2 photo reprints, they arrived in a basic envelope which was bent in half rendering the pictures unusable and from that point on Cewe Photoworld have been horrendous!!Terrible customer service, they do not reply to emails! They state 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed or money back but it is impossible to get your money back as they don't reply to complains!

5 stars with every order! Not sure how they have bad reviews. If things, do go wrong, have you tried speaking to them because they are so helpful.Prints are super quality and the books they provide are insanely amazing. They are of unbelievable quality. I rate them soooo much.The posters are also magical and fab.ORDER WITHOUT hesitation from this brilliant company

I have found this firm to be worse than useless, I ordered 2 mugs the one is acceptable but the other one should have my two dogs on it, not them with bits missing grr! The one dog has had it's ears chopped off and the other is missing most of it's muzzle, it is an example of what they should not supply. As these were to be a present I was extremely disappointed and have had to explain to the recipient the reason for no special mug. I ordered the mug through 'boots' but they don't want to know any say to contact CEWE, I have tried on many occasions to contact CEWE to no avail, I get through to be put in a queue and then get cut off. I will be contacting them again hopefully to get a refund. Wish me luck

WARNING - buying from Cewe led to credit card fraud.I bought a photo book through the Cewe app (payment actually goes through a company called “internet photo services”) and my card was used fraudulently to replicate the same payment 3 weeks later. Ie payment requested twice for the same value by the same company, 3 weeks apart, but only authorised by me the first time.I am sooooo disappointed as I have used 4 different photo book services over the last few years and this was by far the best for both the app and printed product.

Website wouldn’t let me choose exactly what I wanted, i.e. Matt was greyed out along with how I wanted the image cropped or not, but I decided to order anyway as this wasn’t the end of the world.The prints are not great some of the edges are poorly cut and a few of them are a lot smaller for some reason too.I was purely trying out a few prints but wouldn’t use them again, especially if I wanted something done properly.

Whereas this company may be the best in terms of the end result it is complete pain from a User Interface perspective. I had to call their support twice which is very unusual but, to be fair, they did answer the phone and provide answers. The biggest issue is that you have register online to order your photobook after having downloaded and used the software (why not register at the start?) and the registration process is non-standard. None of the normal things like password managers work with their browser window. I will wait and see if the quality is as good as the reviews suggest.
