Sales Executive Shah Chowdhury is a pleasure to deal with and helps explain and sort the details out, from choice of car to final hand over, mine was about a week and happy to do business with them again. All servicing and mechanical is also sorted out here to and have always done an outstanding job.

He got a technician to have a quick look at my car and booked it in for a update, collected my car and delivered it back. He is a credit to your company 1st class. I bought a Ford Kuga car from them and everything was good. I paid extra money since the manager emphasised that they are a reputed firm and they do 120 checks before they put the car in the market but I found it was just sales talk, found some issues with car (rear wiper broken, a/ mirror heating etc etc) when I took the car keys I asked for the service log book as I was confirmed this car has got full-service history and I was told due to late hours, admin team left the office but it will be posted to my home address (fair-enough). It has been more than 2 weeks and still waiting. I also found some issues while coming back to home, I reported back to the team and I was confirmed their service team will get back to me. it has been more than 2 weeks and i sent several emails and called more than 15 times but still waiting to get their response to fix the car. I don't want to name anyone here but it is really frustrating when you were treated like that after selling the car.I am now finally involving the finance authorities to deal with my case.All I can say it was a nice experience till I made the payment and very frustrating after that.

After searching for a while for a garage that could reach my expectations of buying a car, I came across bury motors.
