I started working with Chloe as my nutrition and exercise coach 11 weeks ago and I’ve lost nearly 10kg in that time, Chloe has helped me understand nutrition which has massively helped me with fat loss also with a medical condition, she has literally changed my life.Chloe has made me realise I also need time for me to be me and be happy and healthy, this has been far more of a journey for me than just fat loss.Chloe has changed the way I think about food and also how I feel about myself, as a single parent with two young children, with no hands on help I didn’t think it was even possible to achieve what I have and how far I’ve come.My journey with Chloe will continue now still with fat loss and home workouts which Chloe has made realistic with my chaotic life, but also now building strength with personal training.Chloe is amazing at what she does, her knowledge is outstanding a real expert in her field, this has been one of the best choices I’ve ever made.

Chloe is incredibly passionate and knowledgable about fitness and nutrition. She has been extremely motivating, compassionate and instrumental in my fitness journey through personal training sessions with her. Not only have I had great physical results with increased strength but mentally being in such a better mindset and knowledgable about exercise. 10/10 would recommend!

What I appreciate mostly about my experience with Chloe is the knowledge she provided me with. I learned everything I needed about working out in the gym with her, I had many misconceptions that she explained very well. I learned about macros tracking which was a big mentality shift as I now know and can associate the amount of food I eat with my goal of weight gain.The food recipes were quite variable and easy to read through.Chloe is always eager to help, she puts her heart in what she does, at some point I had a mental setback and she supported me throughout it, she provided me with techniques and methods to get over anxiety for which I’m forever grateful.Im overall very pleased for a most wonderful experience.

My reverse diet journey with Chloe has been great.I knew I needed more substance because I felt constantly drained and foggy.I just didn’t know how to do it without gaining lots of weight!I’m now eating nearly an extra 2 days of food per week and I’m really noticing a difference. My training is easier, I can lift heavier than I have before, I’m not constantly thinking of food and I feel like my hormone health is better!I’m absolutely loving my food.I’ve had nutrition advice in the past that made me afraid of carbs, I’m now eating more than ever and can’t believe I haven’t put on weight! Woohoo

If anyone is thinking of starting their health and fitness journey, I can't recommend Chloe enough. I am stronger in the gym and my energy levels have increased. Chloe gives you advice along the way and supports you every step of the way.My goal was to lose weight as working shifts and hitting my mid 40's, I needed guidance Chloe gave me an easy to follow nutrition plan, as well as a workout programme. I would 100% recommend working with Chloe and her 12 week programme. I started working with Chloe as a last resort for losing weight. I understood how weight loss worked, but my issues were staying consistent enough and trying to be perfect, I was also struggling with binging.So far I have sustainably lost 8 lbs and don’t have much more to lose now.
