I had my first ever manicure and pedicure here and the service was nothing but excellent all the way! The staff were very gentle and understanding that I was new to this and they explained everything they were going to do before they did it.I am also heavily pregnant and they made adjustments so I was comfortable throughout. I will definitely be returning!

Hands down the best place to get highlights, haircut. Their stylist, Peas, REALLY knows what she’s doing. I have complete trust in her when I let her manage my hair. I have been a regular client for over 4 years and I’m not looking to go anywhere else!

This place is so hijabi friendly if you want to do your hair. There’s a private room used. I’ve been so happy with my hair each time I come here. Today I received a facial from Sonya which was so good and removed my blackheads so well. This salon is definitely my go to for hair and facials.

Asked for french manicure with shellac. The shellac to thumb and white polish came off after just 4 days and after 1.5 weeks the shellac at the cuticle is beginning to curl and chip off too. Don’t recommend

I had my lashes done by Sonia a month ago before I went on holiday. The lashes lasted throughout my holiday even in the hot and humid weather. Thank you so much to Sonia for the amazing lashes and ensuring it lasts for my whole holiday! Highly recommend her and cant wait to come back to you before my next holiday

I was repeatedly being booked to a man who had no idea whatsoever about manicures. My fault was being too kind and trying to ask nicely for the mistakes to be corrected. Also the managers were keep checking on him, telling him what he has to do.My gel manicure has been done for over 2 weeks, roughly, with no hygiene, not disinfecting the tools. Also when the gel got stuck under my nail he started pulling so hard with his own nail I thought he will rip my finger off. The gel was so thick that it went over my skin so I was keep asking to make it thinner. After 2 weeks I just couldn’t look at my nails anymore so I booked another appointment.This time I specifically asked for a lady nail technician, because I read some good reviews recently, and also the salon is very close to my house so I was going to go there.When I went in this time the lady asked me very rude why I want manicure??? You could tell she was just looking to avoid doing manicure, so I don’t know why she works there at all. Then she started talking in Chinese or their own language to her male colleague who has done my nails 2 weeks ago and wanted to pass me to him so I refused. She started talking very rude to me so I just left the salon.I am not the one to cause trouble or have fights but this was the worst experience I had, especially after paying so much for a service that you don’t get.I don’t know who leaves those good reviews or how long ago they have been to the salon, but if you want a decent manicure and customer service do not go there!!!
