I was recommended to koru wellness I have severe emphysema and I am hoping it will help me with my breathlessness this is just the first week i’m seeing very small, good progress fingers crossed that it gets a little better for me I will let you know so far I am extremely happy Erin has been extremely helpful and she certainly knows a lot about it i’m hoping it helps me with my breathlessness on a day-to-day basis . Erin believes it can. She is monitoring me every time I come. So if anybody else is thinking about it, I think it’s a good idea.

Erin is lovely and has been really helpful and accommodating. The dry salt therapy has managed to decrease my chronic cough (due to a form of chronic bronchitis) so much so that I bought the home device Erin sells. I will definitely return occasionally for a session purely for the relaxation benefits as it really is very relaxing. The session price is incredibly reasonable which makes it accessible, if wanting to try out salt therapy for the first time at £5 it really is worth a go. The only downside is I wish I'd found Erin/Koru Wellness sooner!

The salt room is very relaxing. My husband and I went together for different reasons and we both got benefits from going. We had the red light treatment as well, which was so good.Erin is lovely and nothing is too much trouble.

I highly recommend Koru Wellness's Halotherapy experience. I first visited Erin in May. A month later I was back for 5 sessions in a row. The room is so relaxing and the new sounds and light projector adds even more ambience to the room, where taking time out and breathing fully is encouraged for the Halotherapy to take maximum effect. I have long/post covid and it certainly gave me more energy during my week and into the following week, and that was just one benefit I had. Great for a one person session or family play time. Erin is brilliant too, gives you enough knowledge and then professionally leaves you to make the most of your dry salt/halotherapy session.

My boys and I love going for Halo Therapy. We have been going for the last six months and honestly it makes such a difference. As soon as one of us gets a cold or cough we go for a session and very quickly we start to feel better. No more visiting the pharmacy for over the counter cold medication for us! We also love the relaxing atmosphere and time just to literally breathe! As a busy working Mom that's hard to come by!

This is a wonderful place to greatly enhance your health and wellbeingI don't understand the science but the Salt Cave is a very natural way to ward off colds, coughs and flus as well as providing relief if you already have the lurgy. Erin provides a lovely welcoming experience and I challenge you not to snooze when resting in the lovely comfortable environment.

My wife and I enjoyed a very relaxing time and felt refreshed at the end of the three half hour sessions. Would do it again.

Fabulous experience. Calming, relaxing and so comfortable I not only do'zed off during the session but then slept for 12 hours that night which I haven't done for years. So refreshing and rejuvenating. Thank you.

Salt therapy ! Excellent facility for those suffering from breathing and coughing too much ! The salt particles thin the mucas so it can be shifted easily ! After half and hour find deep breathing through the nose then huffing is the best to clears the mucas. Much is so thin and easy to cough up ! Excellent for Bronchiectasis ! Highly recommend and Erin is so genuine and helpful !

Really needed with with my daughter after suffering from bad chest infections. Really helped to lose things definitely need to book some more. Erin was so helpful, the room is calming and easy to follow breathing exercises.
