A good all-round weatherspoon hospitality experience. Food was of good quality/presentation and served efficiently.Plenty of space both inside and out in the outside terrace.Recommended.

Great value for money. The only thing in my view is the decor. It feels to much like a gentleman's club with dull lighting. I like to see what I'm eating !

Didn't use a room. My sister and I took our disabled mother here for lunch. Lovely atmosphere, we had no problem getting her inside (she has an extra wide wheelchair). Food was good and service too. Very happy and will be going back.

Large restaurant and bar with reasonable amount of seating reasonably clean for a weather spoons, fast and friendly service at the bar, took a while for the food but food was nice reasonable portion for a reasonable price. Burgers was nice thickness and great taste with nicely cooked bacon. Onion rings was crispy and nice flavour, chips could been cooked a little longer but overall a nice meal, atmosphere was a bit loud could just be time of day.

Don't book if with children as they don't state you can't be in the restaurant after 9.30pm. There is also no parking, if ypu call they tell you there is however there is only 1 space for the pub. The staff are rude and ignore you. The rooms are back in the 60s and there are rats running around the floor. Fire doors get stuck and is a fire risk to the public, i will be reporting this as someone could die. Do not stay here, find another place. If I could give 0 stars I would

Lovely Pub in the Centre for brewmaking. Rooms were very small but comfortable with good shower and comfy beds. Location right by the riverside so there would be some good walks if the weather is fine and you have time. The Restaurant is Excellent and the staff are very friendly and attentive

Well located in the town. As is usual with this chain, excellent value, great choice of drinks at very reasonable prices. I visited at lunchtime and it was very busy, but the service was quick via the app and the staff were friendly. I particularly like the way that all the Wetherspoon I have visited have a local theme and this one has a fascinating story of a local character that led a Romany lifestyle.

I visited for breakfast with my 93 year old Grandma. She is in a wheelchair and the entrance to the pub has a ramp. She had full English and I had eggs benedict.Staff were welcoming and took a photo for us. Staff were approachable and chatty.

Had a meal here on a busy Sunday day afternoon. Building doesn't look much from outside, but inside is beautiful. Food was lovely, had to wait a while but that was OK as so busy. Staff were not as attentive as they could have been but were polite enough. Would definitely visit again.
