Appalling company, went in in February staff were all lovely, wanted 6 dining chairs re upholstering. Was quoted price, which we agreed and arranged for them to be picked up 10th April. A couple of weeks later we realised that 10th April was easter monday so rang and it was re-arranged to Wednesday 12th April in the morning. Nobody came so contacted their offices this afternoon, said they would look into it and get back to us but an hour later they hadn't so rang, to be told they had only only our phone number and no record of the fabric we wanted. According to them somebody had written 22nd May by the side of our name, they could only apologise but if we wanted them doing we would have to wait until 22 May. When complained all the woman on the end of the phone could say was that's fine. It was obvious she wasn't going to make any effort whatsoever to redeem the situation, appalling customer service. Cannot recommend them at all

Unfortunately I would not recommend this company as they are very incompetent and unprofessional. I rang up numerous times and each time they said they would return my call but never did. After 3 weeks of waiting, I called to follow up my order and the woman said she would look into it. Again, my call was not returned, firstly, because she had lost my number and secondly, because she had been sick. I was very understanding as we are all human and these things happen. However, once she was back in the shop and had recovered from her illness, she still did not return my calls and then informed me she had lost the order. This was very frustrating considering how patient I had been in the weeks previous to this. Consequently, my order wasn’t going to be done in time for Christmas. I was very disappointed as we have guests visiting and I was told over a month ago these would be done in time. As per the last review, they are very unreliable and I have now found someone else.

Very nice chap repaired my spring in less than 1 hour, very professional you cannot see where he removed the fabric. Very reasonable rates would highly recommend.
