My sub was ok, however the manager was rushing us and made the experience unpleasant. I struggle to see the board due to my eyesight and sometimes need a moment extra to confirm what I would like. There were no customers behind me and therefore I did not understand the rush.

I had a very poor experience at subway today. The guy a behind the grill gave me a horrible look and treated me badly at my time there. He had an appalling attitude and there was no customer service. We didn't get to enjoy our food and the order was not right. If I had my way, the guy would be sacked immediately.

Shop was busy with orders, so it was a bit slow. Italian bread roll was dry and didn't taste like it was fresh made.

Prioritisation of Deliveroo/Just Eat orders over walk in customers. Came in and joined the queue to be told we’d be expecting a 10 minute wait before being served. Priority should be given to those there in person or employ staff to work the different flows.

Customer service doesn't exist in this place. I've been standing there for nearly 10 minutes waiting to be served, being absolutely ignored. No-one said anything, no-one apologised for the wait, no-one even said hi" when I went in. The worst thing is that I was the only customer and the staff was engaged in processing orders for delivery and chit-chatting with eachother instead of focusing on me. Absolute shambles. Furthermore

Rude, unprofessional staff. I went to subway around 3pm on 29.04.2023. It was a very rude and loud the lady (Viki)who gave us the service.First I wanted to have teriyaki chicken and she simply said it’s not enough for a long without giving a try to go to the kitchen. They are supposed to keep the outlet open for another five hours, but they don’t have food choices. Then I needed to know for what I needed to pay extra. When I asked her she didn’t reply. It is my right to know what I get with the footlong and what I needed to pay extra. I went to pay and provided my blue light card. She didn’t offer me the discount saying that I need to have the app. This is the worst experience that I had in my life in a restaurant and Viki is the worst personal that I met in my life. Terrible. I definitely will not be returning to this subway when she is there.
