Russell is by far the best Physio I have ever worked with.Knowledgeable and professional - Russ has worked with me on various sports related injuries, from a moderate pectoralis major tear to simple and effective sports massages.Russ never overcharges or pushes treatment on you when not needed.I couldn't recommend Russ highly enough.

I’ve been going to Russ for a long while now. As a professional boxer I need regular treatment and have suffered various injuries over the years. I have visited many physiotherapists however none have had the ability to keep me injury and pain free until visiting RD physio. Russ is a brilliant physiotherapist and an all round great guy that I couldn’t recommend more.

After suffering with Shoulder pain for around 6 months making me unable to perform a lot of movements at the gym, I decided I should look at physio. After recommendations from family and friends I booked in with Russ.Russ is a top guy and very knowledgeable in his field and training in general.3 months later I am now largely pain free and back to performing moves at the gym that were impossible prior to treatment.Would 100% book back in with Russ for any injuries in the future and would recommend for anyone struggling with pain when exercising/lifting

I came to Russ with an old hamstring injury earlier this year and following a few months of sessions, the pain is almost completely gone. Russ also adapted my exercises for the facilities available to me, giving me at-home exercises and recommendations for specific equipment at my gym.

I have now been running for nearly 25 years, and I have had my fair share of injuries, and visited a few physios.Russ is by far the best for keeping me injury and pain free, and getting me back to exercise, quickly.With his vast knowledge and experience, and his approachability, I would highly recommend Russell.

Russ is an excellent physio. His expertise meant that we resolved an 8year back injury and sometimes I still can’t believe I’m pain free! Having the flexibility of evening appointments is a huge bonus and I’ve never had to wait over a week for an appointment.Highly recommend.

I suffered with very painful plantar fasciitis for a few months and was hobbling around most days before going to see Russ.I had mixed treatment including shock wave therapy and ultrasound. Russ also gave me some brilliant advice and answered any after-care questions I had. I am now pain free & my life is back to normal!If you want to live pain free do not hesitate in booking in with Russ, plus you are also guaranteed a good chat!

Why five stars?1. He listened, asked relevant questions , explained what the problem was and detailed the treatment that was necessary.2. Range of treatments given, physical massage, ultra sound treatment and strapping.3. Gave sound advice about range of aftercare I could use eg. which exercises to do, which gel to apply to alleviate pain, which knee support to purchase.4. Offered advice/aftercare outside the session: my phone call about which knee support to buy met with a prompt response.5 Cost: his charges for treatment were very reasonable, given the depth of his knowledge and range of treatments provided. Pain was greatly alleviated.Overall friendly, reliable, effective treatment at an affordable price. Would I recommend? I already have.

Russ is great physio who is able to quickly diagnose and in my case, help treat sports induced Injuries. I have personally been going to see him on and off for a few years now. He has always helped with any problems I have by implementing a treatment plan immediately in order to start getting me back on track.I would personally recommend him to anyone who is having issues due to his sound understanding of the human body and the tools he has at his disposal to help deal with injuries or problems you may have.

Russel has been treating me for many years now. Playing injuries and weight training injuries. Extremely knowlagable, explains the whys and where fores. He has always got me back into playing and training condition. Early than I thought possible.Also solving problems other areas of health care could not. As they were treating the area of pain as the problem, when in fact it was a symptom, not the actual problem.Recommend without hesitation.
