Marks and Spencer

Went into M&S cafe yesterday. One person serving drinks and taking orders, one cleaning tables and one preparing food. Waited 20 minutes for a toasted tea cake and heard others being told 30 minute wait for food and they had no fries. This is an ongoing situation and there never seems to be anyone their who is managing the cafe. Fed up of it now so will find somewhere else to go. Shame really!!!

my favourite shop! Always great service and a wide range of products. The products are high quality and the clothing selection is also impressive.

Not very big but you can find almost anything you need

A store with complete services. It has food hall, clothes, skincare, bags, shoes, toilets, and even money changer? I love the food hall cuz it has many unique stuffs that I can bring back to my home country. And the staffs are soo nice and helpful!!

One staff member serving at the cafe till has not been very friendly at all on my todays visit. When it came to paying, I had to pass the drink to him and he holded from the cap region and returned it back to (no gloves - is this a hygienic way that I don't know). I asked for a glass and first as well as second glass wasn't thoroughly cleaned (who is responsible for this - washing assistant?). Anyways I settled with the 3rd one as it looked pretty OK. Next this guy at the till went to kitchen and when he came back he said what else can I do?" I said I would like a receipt and his reply didn't sounded friendly at all "you supposed to ask receipt when you pay as machine doesn't automatically prints receipt?". Pizza I ordered was fine but customer service has been shocking for once. Maybe he didn't had a good day so I will give him benefit of doubt and would visit again to see if this repeats (and in that case I would stop visiting this M&S cafe)."

I went to exchange some money as I was travelling abroad, the bureau de exchange is located on the top floor, staff were friendly and courteous

Disappointing cafe experience. Hardly anything available for young children and the sandwich I bought for my granddaughter was poor. Too long wait for hot food so had to go with a sandwich.

Nice food, relatively quick service and okish pricing provided u multi buy.

I tried to return a defective shirt and exchange it for the same item (bar any noticeable defects).However, the individual at menswear refused to provide an exchange or to even consider the exchange any further.They were incredibly dismissive and would not listen about my issues with the shirt, despite it only being purchased 2 weeks ago.This is contrary to my statutory rights as a consumer - (for goods to be as described, and of reasonable quality, etc) - making this interaction all the more disheartening.This is not the quality not customer service anyone expects at Marks and Spencer, and so is very disappointing.

I had a last minute visit to the store today, as I needed some shoes for a wedding on the weekend. Although the ones I wanted were unavailable in store, the sales assistant, Keeley
