We opted for the Oakland 2W-2S room and we are both delighted with it. From start to finish the whole team was excellent. The build was completed in under three days and with no mess. David and Jonny who we initially met in the showroom were very helpful and answered all our questions clearly. The quality of the Garden Room is fantastic. It's so cozy! Highly recommend Newcastle Garden Rooms and their staff.

Having had a wooden home office in the past that I loved, I moved house and wanted something that bit more special. I researched for months and months going backwards and forwards to make sure it was something I was happy with. It was a massive project for me and a lot of money so I didn't want to miss a thing. I was very nervous paying the deposit with such a waiting time but decided to go for it. The day was booked in for the start and that's when i started to be impressed. The lads turned up on the day and time they gave and worked tirelessly in horrendous weather conditions. David and his team tidied up every night before leaving even in torrential downpours but they stuck to every promise that was made. I was blown away by the professionalism and dedication they gave my job. Since it has been finished I have required a couple of alterations and this has been no problem for them either. 1st class work by a 1st class company. Not cheap but by god worth every penny and also the wait.

just wanted to tell me what i wanted,did not listen to me, still waiting on a price as discussed ....poor. spent my 24k elsewhere haha
