Horrific. They lie saying they attempted delivery and don't even ring the bell. There is no tracking and the only way to communicate is by chat which works appallingly. To pick up a parcel it will take me an hour. Better than expecting them to deliver. A company that delivers for government departments.... owner must be a TORY DONOR because it doesn't work

Package not delivered 3 times each time stating that consignee not being available even though on every occasion I have sat outside my house for the 2 hour delivery window. Didn't even see a DX van pass by even though it is the only road through the village. Absolutely no means of contacting a human being as no contact number given that doesn't connect to a recorded message. I don't believe they even sent the van out to deliver

Package still not delivered after 3 cancelled delivery appointments. First one stated that a delivery attempt was made which is not true.Chat window on website is understaffed and unavailable.How can a delivery company get out so wrong?!

If I could give them 0 stars I would even with a time slot and the ability to track the van they still don't deliver. It then goes back to the depot where you would think it would go out the next day wrong they wait for you to phone them give you a delivery date days away just not good I would recommend when buying stuff ask them who they are using and if they say dx ask them to change it to someone else's.

Worst courier I've ever experienced. Booked redelivery multiple times and it's never put on the van. Customer service is even worse. Good luck getting through to a person. 0/5
