Absolutely disgusting service here. Receptionist don't help you and are very rude!!! If your GP refers you here avoid at all costs!!!! When you call to query your appointment for a consultation you get told you are on a 'long' waiting list' when I got told by their dr this was a quicker way to avoid waiting. When I request to speak to the dr I get told 'there is no guarantee he/she will call you back' absolutely disgusting

Today I've had surgery for dupuytren's. Felt the injection in my hand to numb it but didn't feel anything else. The nurses, the receptionist, the doctors and surgons were fantastic the nicest people in the world put me at ease all the way through my surgery. Thankyou thankyou for fixing my hand you are all amazing true professionals the nicest people in the world.Thankyou Kevin spiteri.

Nice place, generally nice staff, clean, a few of the staff could do with learning to speak more clearly when calling you for your appointment (more so when you're going there because of hearing problems)

The premise is very clean and modern, have great facilities for what it caters for, the staff are courteous and efficient therefore will make you feel at ease and relaxed, generally a nice place to be in.

I was told 4 weeks ago an 'admin request' had been put in for my appointment and I would receive a letter. I have not received anything and as much as I try and ring to get through to query this, no one will answer the phone.
