Belfast - Frederica was amazing help with my passport renewal application. She was able to send me a detailed list of the documents needed prior to my appointment as this was my first application on my own. Great service and very smooth process.

The people working at the Consulate are very courteous and helpful. They will speak with you in Italian if it is a language you are learning, and they will also speak in English with you if you struggle speaking Italian. They are well organised and efficient in their work. It is a pleasure to visit the Consolate. This is the place to go for italian documentation - citizenship, passport, ID card, and more.

Federica in Belfast is amazing! I had the pleasure of meeting her at an event and asked a simple question. From there on she has been a lifesaver! Always pleasant to deal with and excellent help! She made something I thought was so complicated really simple to understand and guided us through it every step of the way! Thank you so much!

Very professional staff and very competent. I was wondering if it is possible to be paper less in the future. Example being able to submit the required documents digitally and photo taken on the day in the consulate with digital camera. Faster, easier, and better for the environment too!

I had to renew several passports. A very pleasant and smooth experience. Dr Federica Ferrieri and Mr Giorgio Zarrelli, are always very kind and helpful in dealing with every request.

The service provided by the Honorary Consulate in Belfast is excellent. I needed to renew my passport and l was a bit concerned because l live in Belfast and l thought l would need to travel to make this possible.
