Dr Ray Dental & Facial Aesthetics

My family and I have been using Dr Ray's dental practice for many years and even though we no longer live near the practise, we still make the trip!Dr Ray is very patient, caring and reassuring when seeing you and puts you at ease throughout for your treatment.My daughters have seen Dr Ray since they were babies and have grown up not fearing the dentist.Dr Ray's staff are extremely polite and courteous, especially her son who manages the reception. His customer service is exemplary. Always a pleasure to visit the dentist!

From booking with the receptionist, to check up with the dentist the whole process was fast and professional. Exploratory teeth xrays where taken in the same room and the findings and treatment plan/options meticulously explained to me by the dentist and all my concerns and questions were answered in detail. A very impressive dental surgery extremely well run, with a very professional team to care for your dental health needs.

Dr Ray his the best dental person that I've ever known. My experience with her was absolutely brilliant she's very gentle at her work. she tells you everything what she's doing and explains it very well you couldn't wish for a better dentist. In one word brilliant. Mr Darrell Cripps.

This was one of the best dentists I have visited in Medway so far.I suffer from anxiety and the whole dental surgery was very accommodating, kind and reassuring.I needed a few things done and after agreeing a dental plan all was done in 1 appointment. They made sure I feel nothing during the extractions before commencing.I got all the advice needed for after care and they didn't sugar coat it and said straight that it'll be sore and swollen for a bit.I would highly recommend calling this dentist for an appointment. I already have my routine checkup booked in.

I absolutely love this dentist (a sentence I didn’t think I would ever say in my life)Had never had any dental treatment before, went for a consultation and was booked in to have some fillings, lovely Dr Ray knew how nervous I was so agreed to split over two appointments.I am absolutely over the moon after coming out from the first appointment, I can’t even tell where the filling is, and Dr Ray was just super throughout. She let me know what she was doing and gave plenty of rests to make sure I was comfortable. I didn’t even feel the injection at all!My confidence about visiting the dentist has gone up so much because of this practise and all the lovely down to earth staff - Thank you so much!

I visited this family friendly practice for my teeth whitening. My kids had their yearly check up too. Every staff from the reception to the nurse and the dentist were friendly and caring. We were looked after really well. The dentist explained to me the whitening process and after care. She was super friendly with my kids.We came out being satisfied. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone who would like to have a 5* treatment.Thank you to all the staff for looking after us so well.

They are wonderful here, they all really put you at ease.I just got 2 teeth removed ready for braces, I suffer terrible anxiety but the dentist, Ray and Manita, kept me calm and reassured and calmed me during the whole procedure and made me less nervous for any future visits, they are amazingThe receptionist, Adi, is very helpful, smart and makes for a brilliant first impression too, and is always so helpful on the phone. He has called if appointments are running late too in advance which is appreciated tooCan't thank the whole team enough!

From the initial check up to the treatment I had today the whole process was a great experience.I admit to being nervous going to the dentist but from the very start I was put at ease.Dr Ray promised I would feel no pain and went out of his way to make sure I didn't.I am delighted with the outcome and the care taken from start to finish and would recommend this practice to anyone.

Outstanding ....2 large fillings and a clean.Both sides of my face numbed !!I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing !!Dr Ray is so gentle and reassuring and professional.Rest assured if you fear the dentist you will be in safe hands with Dr Ray.Five Stars ....excellent Dentist .

Dr Ray has been my dentist for many years. As always Dr Ray was friendly, caring and all round a very good dentist. If you're nervous and hate the dentist like I did, Dr Ray is the dentist for you. I no longer 'hate' the dentist. All the staff are polite and friendly. An all round good experience.
