Took my £300 trainers to get sewn back up at the back and look at this mess! Looks like a child has done this, they done the stitch on the outside of the trainer instead of the inside- there is fabric to be seen together inside.£20 for this! Terrible will have to take out and re do myself!

Disappointing! My shirts were covered in marks and stains, and had to take them to another dry cleaners to get them correctly cleaned. I had bad results here before but thought it may be a one off, but this is the second time my shirts look filthy. I would not recommend this dry cleaners.

Such a professional advice in terms of tailoring suit, maintenance of it, it was not just about giving an expensive suit to dry cleaners, they told me how to look after in the right way. Brilliant tailoring the dry cleaning service. Gave a pair of leather trousers and a leather waistcoat for alteration and cleaning. Really good and professional job.

Very good service, I had a suit dry cleaned and trousers hemmed up. The quality is second to none, examining the trousers I could not even tell that they were worked on, and when I tried them on the length was perfect. I used the free collection and delivery service, even tried to tip the guy but he would not accept, definitely will use again and I 100% recommend.

My wife and I have used the dry cleaning, alterations and collect and drop of services. I have taken a few bizarre requests for alteration to Zaman, who I have to say has a great eye for detail, and he gave good advice.I can’t fault Concord Dry Cleaners service . My dry cleaning is beautifully presented and they have recently removed , Dry cleaned and fitted my curtains. All done by them . They deliver top quality for very good prices.I 100% recommend!
