Good place to park . Our 1st time visiting Allestree park. There is a map in park and we planned to do pale pink route. Unfortunately it's not marked at all and we had to keep asking and looking at phone map to find way but it's lovely and will visit again but do just as we did today and make our own route up and use phone to find car again .

Nice place for walking the dog and kids although it can so wear good walking shoes, the paths are clearly marked and the walks have numbered post to which is great keeping the young kids busy.At time of writing the whole area seems to be kept clean and tidy.parking although limited is free
