Called on a Sunday after losing my keys and in around 20 minutes he had arrived and managed to gain entry into my house without any damage at all to the door. He was very professional, friendly & provided a great service at a very good price, would highly recommend.

Called Mark , the call was answered quickly, Mark was polite and helpful on the phone. We arranged a time for him to come to the house, he arrived on time, was professional and friendly. More importantly the door was sorted quickly and is working again. Mark had a card machine with him so paying was easy. I was also expecting to pay more so I feel the price was reasonable. He said that he felt we shouldn’t have anymore problems, however if there was we were just to call and he would come out and sort it for us. Great service! Would recommend to friends and family.

Honestly cannot thank this man enough. I locked my self outside with my 18 month old inside with the keys and he came out with 10 mins and had the job done in 10. I was about to put the window through but he came just before I was about to. I cannot recommend him enough and his ability to work under extreme pressure is admirable. My front door lock had been a bit temperamental for a while but this morning it decided it just wasn't going to lock at all, either from the inside or out. I called at 9am, Mark was here by 9.45, identified the problem as the door being out of alignment and had it fixed within half an hour. Great fast and friendly service at a very reasonable price, I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone needing a locksmith :-)
