This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. They so called cared for my father for 9 days of help. They were rude and abusive towards him. I called several times to complain and nothing was done. I had to get them out before something really bad happened. I wouldn't recommend them at all. They are so very unprofessional and certainly need to be retrained in manners

Gosh where to begin never again!! Don't know the difference between a washing machine and a tumble dryer put soiled bedding in tumble dryer to fester and carer said she couldn't figure out how the water goes in the tumble dryer. Care plan wrong has meds 3 times a day when it should be 1. Bad time keeping and rude staff. Absolutely appauling care. Poor mother-in-law traumatised by this Agency.

If the same duty of care is shown to your patients as it is in your driving, I'm very concerned. Avoid at all costs.Driver following me down a single country lane near Stonegate less than a cars distance behind...

Shocking care management.Care staff are all polite and caring. But be very cautious if they had any care training other than basic.Care plan is one word answers. No details in it.Very poor management. Not seen a single white British person in 8 weeks. All carers are African. But they try there hardest. But to an old person the language barrier is more confusing

Morecare has no professional management. What care services has carers using Public transport! Can you imagine how much travelling they are doing from Stanwell to Staines to ashford and back. They are extremely tired doing 15 hour days for only 4-5 hours paid work.The manager turns up in a £95k car. while a staff use of pool car they may have one car to show the tax man .Every single person we’re indian or African. Lovely carers and people but they recived NO TRAINING THAT FROM THE COMPANY!Tax investigation needed.Poor care plan planing.

(Unbelievable) Today I was late to my uncles funeral all because a Morcare worker decided to block my car in without a care in the world, I beeped my horn for 15 minutes no one came I had to disturb my neighbours early on a Saturday morning to move there car which was also slightly blocked by this helpful Morecare worker. After nearly 30 minutes I was able to awkwardly manouver my car out (after my neighbour had to move his) and was on my way no thanks to Morecare! On an already upsetting day this made us livid no consideration what so over on Morecares part.

Excellent customer service. I was greatly impressed with how my mom was cared for while I was on vacation. I will definitely recommend Morecare Services to anyone, anytime.
