I’ve ordered from here a few times.The people over the phone and delivery driver are always so friendly!! And the food is fabulous! Really impressed.

giving 2 stars for friendly staff and quick service, however, wouldn’t recommend this place and will most definitely not be returning. really hate wasting food but had no choice… it had to be binned. thought it could be cheap and cheerful but even the smell of food was sickening

The person that took the order on the phone was very friendly but the food is a different story all together.Two of the dishes I ordered end up in the bin. The chicken satay is definitely not satay. No spicy or peanut flavour rather something boiled in a watery broth. The BBQ ribs the same no sign of the stickiness you expect from spareribs and very tasteless.The sweet and sour pork was actually not bad.Will not order from them again.

I visited New Lotus House for a quick order on the way home from an event and met eyes with the person behind the counter as I entered. At that moment the phone rang and she started taking the order of this person.I was not the only one waiting in the building and I was not the only one who walked out of the building when we were not attended after the 5 minute phone call. It seems there was a communication error regarding the address and after 5 minutes the order had not even started, and obviously the food prep had not started either. I will have to try New Lotus House again some time, but I still find the reception in New Tong Fung to be more my style.

Ordered for two people on a Saturday night. Guy on the phone would took the order was friendly and polite, as was the driver. Food arrived on time, small mix up with a dish being left in the car but it was sorted super quick and the driver was back in a couple of minutes. Really tasty food and amazing portion sizes. Easily the best Chinese in Redhill and would highly recommend!
