The Willow Tree Surgery

Been with this surgery for about 12 months although I've not needed an appointment so far. However, I have needed to order prescriptions, get information etc. The ladies on reception are fabulous, nothing is too much trouble and they are always polite and very helpful. Couldn't ask for better. Keep it up ladies you always go the extra mile and turn a frown upside down.

This doctors has really turned around for the better! The doctors are fantastic, they listen they care and they don’t rush you!The nurses aren’t one in one out, they talk to you they make sure you’re okay and they take their time in caring for you. They sympathies and don’t judge!The receptionist… welcoming, pleasant, caring and hold a conversation:)

Been with this doctor's surgery for 7 months and have never had a appointment or task done correctly. Waiting weeks to get prescriptions sent correctly, no checkups when on medication, doctors who don't give you actual medical advice, just prefer to agree with whatever you prescribe yourself, sent back and forth between providers and onus on yourself to chase medical admin... Rude staff at every turn, talking over me and no sympathy at all from anyone in the building and no effort to help. Currently registering at another practice - too many opportunities given for them to do something correctly which were not exucuted. I get that the NHS is on their knees, but this was ridiculous.

I have been trying to get an appointment for my 10yr old son who is in alot of pain in his throat and I cant even get through phones it's not good at all

Having only recently registered my parents at the surgery, I have nothing but praise and gratitiude for the staff. They guided us through the registration process, organised appointments, helped us set up prescriptions and went above and beyond when we needed help. I cannot stress enough how helpful and caring they have all been to my mother, and the support they've offered me has just been amazing. Thank you.

It's not very often I need to make an appointment but recently I needed help so used the NHS app and filled in a form with symptoms etc, I did this twice and both times I got a call back, first from a GP then 2nd time a nurse practitioner so happy with the service. Last couple of days I've had a bad earache which I presume must be an ear infection with the stabbing pains, I thought it was something I could see a pharmacist about only to be told they couldn't help and I needed to see a doctor so I looked on the app to make an appointment but there was nothing available until June, so I checked symptoms and cures and this is where it states in bold letters ' A PHARMACIST CAN HELP'. Well that's rubbish isn't it, just think either the pharmacy needs putting right or the NHS app details and instructions need putting right. And in the meantime I still have an ear infection to deal with.

Don’t know what happened to this surgery over the last few months but it is transformed from 2 stars to 5! All the staff are very helpful - the phone gets answered - you can get appointments - everyone is very nice - I hope they keep this up - everyone seem to really care - great stuff

Been on the phone for 32 mins still on it now and no one is answering, are your staff even there? And you wonder why people come across rude if they actually do get through. If I ever do get through I'm guessing I'll be told your fully booked this morning and to call back this afternoon to be repeating the same experience. I'd give you zero stats but unfortunately it won't let me.

One star is too many to give this practice! They should be closed down for incompetence

Disgusting surgery, my sister gets a text asking to ring at half 8 in morning from this surgery but no answer! Just keeps ringing and ringing and the staff are awful and rude always telling you repeatadly to ring 111 if you go down there like it's a get out of jail free card for them and 111 don't do anything but tell you to get an appointment with your gp it's a never ending circle!
