I love sports and hate doing the stretching and cooling down so tend to benefit from sports massages - but they never normally do what I need. In short - The best sports massage ever! Had lots of massages over the years, mostly on the back of recovery plans when injured. Tam was fantastic in trying to understand what problems I faced, what I felt I needed and helped me understand what I really needed. Looking forward to when lock down ends!

Great service from Tamara who really helped me with my aches and pains. She's really quick to respond to questions and offers a range of services beyond sports massages. I was also really impressed with the follow up and feedback after the treatment to check I was OK and suggest exercises to stop further issues.would highly recommend.

Tamara-Louise was great! It was my first treatment and I was nervous, but she provided me all of the info I wanted and made me feel comfortable. The setting was lovely in her home, and I'm really pleased with the results.

I’ve been to Tamara several times for deep tissue massage to help relieve an injury to my shoulder. Tamara is kind and considerate, putting me at ease and always going the extra mile in her holistic approach to healing, researching and offering suggestions to manage discomfort and seek diagnosis. Treatment has been hugely beneficial and I would highly recommend Tamara.

Wow, Tamara is great. There's a reason my entire family visits her. I can't recommend Tamara highly enough. She has help me soothe a terrible pain I had in my arm with her very professional massages and now I can move as I haven't done in months. She has been wonderful diagnosing and finding the problems and totally makes me feel at ease every time. Her workspace is absolutely relaxing too!

Tamara helped me with understanding what foods I was eating to help me maintain a well balanced dietShe also helped me with chronic leg pain and we had a few session in muscle massage to help relieve the pain.If your looking to loose weight, have a better understanding of what your eating I would recommend seeing Tamara definitely helped me .

Tamara is down to earth and happy to meet you wherever you are along your health journey. Most importantly she is realistic about the changes you are going to make and doesn't overwhelm by suggesting a whole new diet. I went to Tamara for help with our family's health eating and she was fab!
