We've been regular customers at this restaurant since they opened some months ago, we loved the food, especially the ribs, it was so tender, flavourful and was charcoal grilled properly but for the last 3 times we ordered the ribs were absolutely awful. First couple of times we thought the main chef might not have been there or it was just a one off but today we ordered for the third time and got the exact same ridiculous ribs again, low quality meat, not been grilled properly, not been marinated properly, tasted awful. They have probably changed the chef. Even the garlic sauces that we loved has changed and tastes nothing like first when they opened. Why would you change the taste of the food that people loved and became your regular customer?

Come here if you want a proper kebab. The food is super fresh and the chicken doner is freshly made not frozen like most kebab shops.

Gave this place two chances- the first time the service and food was extremely slow but at least the people weren't rude. The second time - my family and I went for a birthday meal hoping their service would have improved. We were in for a shock. The chef was smoking at the front door making it extremely hard for us to breath. My little brother and myself struggled most because of Asthma. My dad requested they at least close the door, but they didn't seem fussed. After a while, dad went and asked them to take our order and the guy refused. He got into an altercation about it and became very rude. So we all got up and left. And thank God we did because we had an AMAZING meal at Ararat on Norwich Road.This Turkish Delight is not somewhere we plan to visit - EVER AGAIN. I would say if you plan on going, don't have any expectation.

My starter and main dish was very tasty. The portion of my main was a lot. However my friends will say the opposite. They weren't so lucky as me. My food was fresh, while theirs was from the freezer. The service isn't anything to shout about either. Worth trying once.

I used to be a regular customer here and the service was really good. However, this has to be the third time I was let down. I've been waiting nearly two hours to receive my food. In the past I wouldnt even receive what I ordered. I'm always patient as I understand the rush but, this time it was awful. The person on the phone was telling me what he should do with the food, like it was my fault. Anyway, never ordering from there again. Bad customer service and staffing too. I would give no stars if I could. Very stressful.

Don’t go there or even order this online ….. I ordered my food from just eat been waiting 2 hours and nothing called him up his saying there is so driver , told me to speak to just eat and get my money back and just eat can’t do nothing about this so I spend £30 on thin air I will be going there to speak to him in person

The order was wrong and some dishes were replaced with other...Totally disappointed.Also the food was cold and tasted like was taken from the fridge and delivered to my door.The delivery driver was polite and friendly.

Been ordering few times,nothing to say about it....all goodLast 2 times ordered grilled chicken and rice...didn't get my rice...Called them before my next order ,Informed them about what happend Last time,they say I will get extra portion of riceWell...I get the extra portion of rice but didn't get salad...get the chicken soup,there was not chicken in soup...totally disapointed!!Will never order from there anymore!!

We ordered TD special, had a very bad experience, first off khus khus( bulger) was off and smelly. Meat was missing, and when my husband called them the manager was so rude, he said , we can't do anything even if you bring the food back we won't refund or exchange food. Would never recommend them. They need to improve their food and customer service
