It was horrible! I had Jack Ball on my case and they were the worst!!! I lost the purchase on the house thanks to them! It was a simple one bed flat, there was nothing complicated to the purchase. They were so incompetent! I had to keep chasing them asking for answers, updates on the progress on my purchase. There was absolutely NO communication from them on anything! I would not recommend them to anyone! They were the worst!

Telephoned them over a week ago and asked if they would witness the signing of a will. I was told they would for about £10.00. Telephoned again today to arrange a time and was informed they did not do that sort of thing!
