Hi I had back surgery this year and it was the best thing I did the specialist who did the operation was fantastic and the follow up was great Peter in the phisotherpy department was so helpful and kind nothing was too much trouble for all the staff.thank you so much worth every penny.John Greensitt

I had ankle replacement surgery on 18th August and was in hospital for 3 nights, 4 days. Surgery was straightforward and the aftercare was brilliant. I was on bed rest for the best part of 4 days which isn’t easy, especially with a huge, uncomfortable plaster cast on your leg. Nursing staff could not have been more patient or kind and came within moments of buzzing for help despite a heavy workload. The food was beautifully prepared and presented. The room and equipment was up to date and spotlessly clean. I cannot fault my inpatient stay at all. My surgeon and his secretary were also extremely professional and approachable leading up to the surgery. Had a few issues with administrative departments which weren’t brilliant but on the whole a very good experience.

My son had his knee surgery for his meniscus. I can not fault this hospital from start to finish all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Dr Anand carried this surgery who was fantastic, he is the best in the game. Was so happy with the outcome. And first class service from Dr Anand. Thanks a lot

Not what I expected from private healthcare! Parking was horrendous I had 2 appointments at different times and both times nightmare to get parked - I was worried it was going to make me late but I shouldn't of worried as both appointments went 20-30 mins over the appointment time. Once I got in the staff were very attentive and helpful just a shame it was poor prior to this

Absolutely amazing service and care I received today for my gallbladder removal with Professor Toogood. I was looked after from start to finish by all the staff especially Staff nurse Emma who cared for me amazingly. Cannot thank them all enough also Mr Morgan the anesthetist who really reassured and calmed me ready for the operation. You are all fantastic and thanks so much. Oh yeah the room was brilliant as well see the pics.

I have been trying to contact the imaging department for 2 weeks. Either the phone just rings or, as this morning, somebody picks up the phone up and then puts it down. Sometimes the “press one to leave a message” works, sometimes it doesn’t. Bit pointless anyway as the three times I have left a message, nobody has been in touch. I even tried contacting the chief executive but her PA failed to reply to 2 messages left over a 3 and a half hour period How does a business like this survive? Hardly customer focused.

Mister Baht and Dr Gupta are the most sincere, genuine, skilled team you could ever wish for. In an industry which thrives on insecurities, it is easy to be taken advantage of.Mister Baht proved from the very first consultation that he can be trusted to operate in the best interests of the patient. Unlike other consultants, Mister Baht was insistent on educating me on non-surgical solutions for certain issues, and opting for the best surgerical solutions as befitting my condition, rather than my misconstrued preferences.The hospital is extraordinarily comfortable and the quality of care, food, comfort, competencies of all staff is worth shouting about.The aftercare is of the highest standard and nobody cares more than Sarah - the nurse who specialises in plastics and wound care. No matter your level of pain or discomfort, Sarah will have you smiling and feeling cared about within seconds.I am so pleased that I chose such a wonderful team, and such a superb hospital for my extensive surgeries. I couldn't be more delighted!

Amazing from start to finish... Dr G Kelly operated on my little girl, yesterday and as a mum I was so worried and scared but they all made me feel so reassured about the operation. Dr Kelly has done an amazing job and my little one is doing brilliant the Nurse we had looking after us on the ward was called Alice and she is brilliant. Thank you all so much for taking care of my little girl. Start to finish 10/10.

I simply cannot find the words to describe how brilliant my experience has been with Spire. Every single Team Member has bent over backwards to offer the very best care possible, engaging, committed, knowledgeable and passionate in the care they gave me. This hospital and staff have raised the bar in healthcare and the high moral of all its staff is written on their faces.
