Update: Staff not very nice and still have no idea what they are doing, never apologised for making me wait ages. Saw one customer waiting to pay for 10 minutes whilst a member of staff faffed around being unless. Supprised the customer waiting didn't just walk off, they would have never noticed. Had to wait ages for my order and the locks have fallen off bathroom doors and it looked like they haven't been cleaned all day.Soggy sandwiches. 2 Staff being trained by the only other person on shift, who was clearly stressed. Order wrong for 3 people including myself. Disgusting that management and franchise owners would let a location get in such bad shape. Would not recommend eating here.I saw a courier delivery man waiting for 45 minutes whilst I ordered and ate. I feel bad for anyone that works at this store or has to work with the store.

Don't waste your time. There are better places to eat. Terrible place and has low staff. I paid for an old baguette and old veggies. Dirty toilet and dirty in the front. Very crass lady in the front. Horrible. They use the same gloves for everything. I needed to ask them to change their gloves. I was on the other subway and it was good but Harbor Rd is the one that I will avoid.

This Subway is really going from bad to worse , the last few visits the bread has been really dry , it’s definitely not as fresh as it used to be , the amount of slices of meat used varies between 3 and 8 no consistency , staff always seem to be working on delivery orders and ignoring the queue in shop, maybe more staff required , doesn’t represent good value for money , costs going up experience quality going down ,it should be a wee treat but not now , I also think the staff know the service is poor , they don’t seem interested but are just doing what they can , management need to step up , won’t be returning for a while hopefully it will get back to where it was

Bad job all around. Tall guy tutting at other colleges who were doing the best they could with him constantly being in there way and short guy didnt listen to full order, so the lass had to sort his mistakes. Food was passable in the end

You have customer parking at the premises. Daniel was good. Staff were patient to listen and serve or add vegies as per our request. Another trainee was slow but good. Happy with the quality and service. Will visit again.Branch is clean, you have few tables to sit and eat comfortably.Change gloves, check the knife is clean especially for vegetarians.

It's modernized and clean, seems to be a new franchisee, food tastes the same as always, no bad thing ...I don't like that they changed the name for the meatballs, but no idea how long ago that was. Aye decent scran.
