Lauren who helped my wife and I pick out a pair of shoes for our toddler was great. Very patient with a child who just wanted to run about. 3rd pair we have bought from Schuh and would certainly go back.

Had amazing service today in the Stirling store. The staff member Sophie was lovely and nothing was too much for her. She retrieved several pairs of shoes and was very helpful with advice.

I had reason to return a pair of faulty Nike trainers today. I had no receipt, only bank statement. I cannot praise the efficiency of the team led by their manager. They went above and beyond to find a record of the sale(it had been delayed on system due to Bank Holiday). Great service and ambassadors for Schuh. Thank you.
