I called Quadrant earlier this week I scheduled an Elevator breakdown visit with a girl called Leah she was extremely helpful. They sent out an engineer called Nick he was obviously in the know on our OTIS lift. He made a temporary repair and a quote was sent following his visit. Within 48hours after I’d accepted the quote they where back out and had me up and running. Can’t speak highly enough of them so much so I’ve now signed a maintenance agreement with them.
