Ben was able to attend same day for a wasp nest under my house. He called plenty of time before hand to advise when he would be arriving, and was onsite for less than 10 minutes. I spent the next hour watching all the wasps fly away from under the house. It's been a day and so far we haven't seen any further activity.Cost is also very reasonable considering the cost of the pesticides used and the gear to use it safely.

I wasn't sure if I had a wasp infestation but I kept finding quite large wasps in my home despite having netting on windows and doors. I called in the morning and by 5.30 pm Ben had been and fogged the loft area. Knowledgeable about wasps - as it's around the time of year the queens come out to find food and nest.

Ben came out to deal with a rat problem, he was really friendly and professional, happy to answer questions, and clearly passionate about his job. Very reasonable price, really happy with the work. Would gladly recommend to anyone having similar problems.

Excellent service. I had tried to deal with a wasp nest myself but failed. Ben came the day after I contacted Pestforce and dealt with the problem immediately. I was a little sceptical that the treatment would work overnight, but to my delight there were absolutely no wasps the next day!! I would have no reservations about recommending Pestforce.

I have been having issues with pigeons under my solar panels for over 2 year. I got a builder in to pigeon proof it just over a year ago and cost me £500. Within 2 week the vermin were back under. Ben and his team have come out and have conducted the job to a very high standard. A great bunch of lads, as he also organised scaffolders. It may have cost a little more than £500 but I have the peace of mind that this is guaranteed to work and I am over the moon!! Ben, thank you so much.

Brad and David provided a good quality service arriving on time and advised what solution was available to eradicate the problem when previous attempts over a few years with rats returning failed. Within a few days of baiting there was no further evidence of rodents and to future proof they offered a service to seal possible entry points, a big thank you guys really appreciate your help.

Initially very responsive and had two visits from the team - seemed to know what they were doing. However, Ben was very insistent that we paid up front for three visits (and chased-up payment within 24 hours!) - for the third visit they just didn’t turn up and, despite us trying to contact them, we have heard nothing. On discussing this with my neighbour, it appears this is a standard level of service - they failed to turn up for him on the third visit despite pre-payment. I guess I’ll have to find another supplier to check the results of what Pestforce have actually done…..

I contacted pest force Huddersfield to discuss my service query and potentially book an initial appointment. Reading the reviews and also on reading the website introduction, I expected a prompt response as this is what is promised. I called on 2 occasions, the second time almost a week later as I have not heard back, and when asked by Ben to send a text in order to arrange an appointment I did. There has been no follow up to my query. Needless to say I have taken my custom elsewhere.

Called PestForce this evening and spoke to a really helpful bloke called Ben. Explained problem with bees accessing ventilation grate upstairs to house.He requested a video and identified the species. Provided advice free of charge and identified a future course of action to deal with problem if it got worse. Really grateful. Will use in future if occasion arises and would recommend his services.
