Love this place! You can park there for free for 2 whole hours and do your shopping anywhere you want! I got this tip from a good mate of mine called twin! Twin rhythms with gin and I reckon I might sup one of those when I get home tonight! Shaba!

Always moving stuff around in here and the store could be cleaner,self service tiĺs are always out of order and never enough bags for customers also baskets are never at the doors when you arrive!

Had scampi, chips and baked beans. Beans were dark and dry like they’d been kept warm for hours. Chips were similar. Server forgot to bring bread, they said they were short staffed. Had to ask for a fresh batch of cutlery as the few that were left were not clean. Not enough staff meant tables had not been cleared and the floor needed sweeping of food and litter.

Self serve checkouts were staffed by one rude and unhelpful male staff member today, 0 customer service skills, too busy chatting with staff and openly laughing at customers who ask for help.

Visited for shopping today, decided to have lunch, absolute shambles. One member of staff in kitchen, one on till, counted 9 tables waiting, some had been waiting 40 mins. We had to join the growing queue for a refund- poor lady on till becoming flustered, no support, they had to stop taking orders at 12.30, all this at lunchtime on a Saturday????, who ever was the store manager today really dropped a ball. If you knew there was only one member of staff for the kitchen at lunchtime the kitchen should have been closed. I’ll be email my concern about store management / leadership to Morrisons- still hungry

Just been to the cafe in morrisons keighley and was disgusted with the state of it, it was early morning the window ledges and light shades were an inch thick of dust and dead flies, 5he floors and seating were covered in crumbs and we even seen chewing gum stuck to the table leg, no cleaning has been done for months, and the food well fair to say the full English and scrambled eggs on toast along with the coffee got left as was inedible

Good level of fill, clean tidy toilets, polite attentive staff. Would have been 5 stars, were it not for my aversion to self serve checkouts.
