Best opticians appointment I have ever had. From the moment I contacted them through to the end of my appointment they were amazing. Receptionist was really helpful, especially when I presented an put dated voucher she contacted the provider to arrange an extension.The optician, Simon, was amazing, helping me to understand the results of my appointment and the implications of my new prescription.For as long as I live in Salisbury I won't go anywhere else.

Being going to Memory Optician for a number of years and have always received first class care and service from friendly and professional staff. They offer a complete service that looks after you whole Eye Health care, which is very thorough and reassuring. Would recommend.

Having been checked a couple of years ago and learning I had glaucoma I’ve been stuck in the NHS process with regular checks but zero feedback. I booked for my eye test with Martin and asked whether he could also do scans and visual field tests and then give me some insight into what was happening / changes etc. i was very fearful. I am so grateful for his time and patience and for explaining and showing me the results in such detail. I felt safe and that I was listened to and whilst it does not change the outcome I felt valued and respected and no question was silly. Martin was incredible. Such a professional and so kind. I am very grateful.

Brilliant experience at Memory last week. The frame selection is far greater than others, with premium brands and a personalised service. Catherine and India were so helpful and patient with my frame selection indecision! If you want a tailored service and not feel like you’re being pushed through a process, then this is the place for you!

I moved to Salisbury recently and wanted to find a local opticians. I goggled and saw that Memory opticians had lots of great reviews. I can see why! Everyone is really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It's in a lovely building too. Great range of frames. Highly recommend
