The best massage I have ever had! Helen is very welcoming and this has a lovely location, really warm and cozy. She gives you a bottle of water to keep you hydrated. The treatment itself was outstanding! I have never felt so relaxed. This would be a perfect Christmas present for somebody or even if you just want to treat yourself, definitely will be going back. :)

I saw Helen this morning, I've never had Reiki before but can highly recommend it - genuinely felt the tension lifting from my body and afterwards I felt like I'd had a massage, so so relaxed.Helen is a lovely lady and makes you feel so welcome in fab surroundings. highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the Swedish back massage I had by Helen. This was a first for me but she made sure I was comfortable throughout, It was very relaxing the atmosphere was perfect and Helen is brilliant. 5* I will be going back at some point in the near future.

Absolutely awesome treatment today. Helen is extremely courteous and knowledgeable, she's also very patient and polite. I went for the bamboo massage having never tried it before and I'm so glad I did. It has eased a stubborn knot that has been causing me discomfort for a couple of years. I had a Thai Massage with Helen today, well where do I begin……… it was the most relaxing, amazing, warm massage I have EVER had. I was smirking like the Mona Lisa all the way through the treatment. Hot stone massage was my favourite, but that doesn’t come close to how fantastic a Thai massage is, well worth every single penny !Again thank you Helen, looking forward to my next one already x

Had a lovely head and back massage as part of the mix and match of two treatments for 1 hour, the hut was decorated beautifully and made the experience very relaxing. Helen was very professional and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole massage. Definitely will be coming back for more treatments.

The Serene Retreat is a little gem giving a complete escape from the hussle and bustle of the outside world. The treatment area is perfect - small enough to make you feel safe, big enough that you don't feel hemmed in. It is calming and beautifully thought through. The facial I had booked was unlike any I've experienced before - this was no cleansing, toning, moisturising, advice and off you pop; it was so much more! The products Helen uses are gorgeous but, even more than that, is her approach to treatments. She really cares and it shows. The facial itself was wonderful - I came away feeling as if my skin was 20 years younger and that I'd been on a mini-break! If you've never had a facial - treat yourself; if you have - book an appointment with Helen anyway ... you won't regret it!
