Proactively talked with this florist about purchasing flowers weekly for the entire month of my wife. First Monday went to pick them up, they forgot, not ready. Came back two hours later pick them up. Very small bouquet for the price. 70% of the flowers never opened up the entire week. Went back the following week to get flowers, forgot again. Explain the previous weeks flowers never opened up. She seem to ignore my comment. Canceled the rest of the month and will not use again.

Tracey was so easy to work with for our big day, I gave her free reign on colours and design etc and she didn’t let us down. Her church displays were amazing, her reception displays were just fantastic and the bouquets etc were beautiful and full of colour. She swept in and got the job done with no issues. We were just so astounded how easy Tracey made the whole process for us and the result was just outstanding. Ordered online from the USA to my boyfriend in uk and had a wonderful experience! I chose the florist choice and they picked made a beautiful boutique! It’s the first he’s ever received and he absolutely loved it. There wasn’t a set delivery time but there was no issues with that. I look forward to ordering from here again!:)

Brilliant. Was let down by another florist for my Grandads funeral. Tracey made us a beautiful unique fishing boat tribute which was stunning. Couldn’t have asked for better
