Summit Service Station

I booked in to view a car. I travelled 65 miles. Once I got there they told me it had been sold. So I've lost 25 pounds in diesel and a morning wasted, something that could have been prevented with a phone call. My wife had phoned yesterday afternoon and arranged for the viewing mentioning I'd be there first thing. So phoning her at 9am to say it's been sold the day before has been a complete waste of my time and a bad example of poor organisation.

Great business, lovely people and excellent service. Had a fault with my car and was offered a courtesy car. Had mine back the next day, drove like new and had been cleaned. Very good job.

Taken my van for a full gold valet and the quality was 2nd to none, attention to detail left my van spotless and gleaming looked like it was brand new out the showroom, would highly recommend!

We have used this Garage for Servicing, MOT and repairs over the last five years or so.Their prices are reasonable, not cheap, but fair for the works we have had done.They are happy for you to sit and watch from the waiting area whilst your MOT is carried out.They were very helpful when we found our car in the garage with a broken suspension spring one winters morning! They arranged a tow truck and had the car back at their place and fitted with a pair of front suspension springs within a couple of days.Basically they do what a garage should do.

Fixed my brakes, did a great job and did a couple of little bits I didn't even ask them to do for nothing. Good, honest garage. Glad I had them recommended to me.

Really helpful and go the way extra mile on customer service, with competitive prices. Highly recommended if you need a reliable mechanic. We will definitely be using the Summit’s services again.

Take my bike here every year give you a proper mot if it needs something doing thay tell you if it doesn't Happy days but they don't make things up just to get work.. Recommend this place.

If you like liars then this is the place for you, i went to view a car at summit motors & was told by the owner at least 8 or 9 times that the car had 1 former owner & came with 2 keys. after buying the car i was handed 1 key & told his wife had the other key & he would post it to me when she returned... after 4 weeks i got the v5c doc which states that there are 2 former owners not 1 & still no sign of the spare key after 6 weeks . every time i phone them i get fobbed off with the owner isn't here he'll call you back asap" if the owner had been honest with me from the start & said there were 2 former owners & only 1 key i would have still bought the car.. i just don't like being lied to. but one thing is for sure

I've taken 2 cars here so far....my old MiTo... came back feeling nice and tight every time.... just got a Giulietta, which had an issue with the boot that they (the garage I bought him from) said they'd fixed...ok they got it closing but it didn't sit flush and you had to slam it shut....summit fixed it, now it sits flush and closes like normal. The staff are friendly, I have no idea how the prices compare to other places but they seem very reasonable for a job well done....put it this way...I know they won't rip me off here. Will take all my future cars here and I'd recommend to anyone.
