I contacted B Simmons (Langley office) in the summer, as I needed to sell my house and I had noticed that they had recently sold 2 houses on my road. Charlie came to value the property and when we were ready, he came to take professional photographs of our house. We needed a quick sale and even before Charlie had a chance to market our house, he arranged a few viewings with prospective buyers. We managed to receive and accept an offer for the asking price even before marketing the house. I was very happy with this swift process and would like to thank Charlie for successfully selling our house.

Dominic is incredibly professional and really does give you the time of day and helps to get the right tenants in for you. I have been renting a property for 15 years and Dominic is by far the best I have come across...he relentlessly deals with issues and queries and is always helpful and polite, a true perfectionist and I only wish I had met him sooner.

Deb and Matt were immense help in securing the property in Slough. I had some issues with my previous agency (whereby they failed me on the last month's rent) but Deb assured the landlord that I would be a good candidate for the property and turned around the entire process in lightning speed. I made an offer one week and I moved in the next.With respect to the service during my viewing, Deb answered all my questions in relation to the property and since my move I feel assured that the quality and standard is as portrayed. I am happy with B Simmons and I'm certain they will continue to provide great service during my tenancy.

B Simmons has been very efficient, professional and helpful in the whole flat renting process. Dominic the estate agent is particularly nice and he even help me move my heavy bed frame and mattress when the delivery man leave them at the door side. I’d definitely choose them again

I had very positive experience with this estate agent. My previous experience with any other agency I rented from before was just absolutely horrible. Like those people had no idea what they were doing. Here is a complete different story.Dominic took very good care of me and brought me back hope that some people actually know what they're doing. He have been very helpful and proactive. We got some issues with referencing but he took the lead 100% and just make it happen and I could move to Langley with piece in mind. Could not have been more impressed with the professionalism and efficiency. Thank you!
