Energise E-Bikes

Thanks to Jon Paul, Tony, Neil and Rob for your patience and guidance to making my journey into owning an e-bike less daunting. I had a million questions and armed with my own research it was a pleasant experience engaging with the team at Coulsdon.

Popped in on Monday for a browse and a chat, not expecting to buy but the whole experience could not have been better. No selling tactics just listening, asking questions and then showing us the bike that ticked all our boxes. Went for a test ride and knew instantly the bike was just right for me and my commute.Tony could not have been more helpful and attentive, e-bike knowledge off the scale.Picked the bike up today (Saturday) and had a great ride home (c8km).Looking forward to my Monday commute.Thank you Tony for all your time, very much appreciated and so pleased we went local and not online.Haibike Trekking 5 Low

Cycling made easy has an excellent electric bike showroom but woefully poor aftersales service. I bought a Scott e Sub Speed (a great bike) from them that was two sizes too small for me, M instead of XL (I have bought two bikes since then and they are both XL) and they refused to rebuild the bike with a new XL frame even when I offered to pay for the rebuild, in the end I had to have it rebuilt somewhere else. I took the bike in to check out a squeaky sound coming from the motor, the mechanic looked at it and claimed it was a known issue regarding headspace and a new frame will be required, turned out it was due to a loose bolt!!! Once it was tightened the squeak disappeared completely!!!I asked to upgrade the battery mount to enable on-bike battery charging, not much there luck there either, fortunately I found Fully Charged and they installed the new mount without fanfare. It was a similar experience with the chain guard and I had to have the new one installed fitted by Fully Charged because of Cycling Made Easy's poor service.All in all, they sold me a bike and for some strange reason were very unwilling to provide decent aftersales support. In this respect, some of the issues are directly attributable to Scott UK, who IMO provide poor in country representation and were particularly unhelpful were contacted effectively abetting poor support provided by CME.

After my much loved bike was stolen the team could not have been more helpful or patient in helping me find a replacement. Absolutely love my new Scott and am already truing to come up with excuses to use it more often. The customer service at energise e-bikes is what has us coming back every time we need something bike related!

I highly recommend Energise E-Bikes, the team in Tunbridge Wells were great to deal with and the opportunity to give bikes a good test ride was invaluable. I will not hesitate to use them for my next e-bike purchase.

Brilliant customer service! I had a problem with an eBike that I'd purchased elsewhere but, despite this, Tony and Rob sorted out a warranty repair for me with the manufacturer. Fab people to deal with and highly recommended.

I made an appointment to test ride a MiRider 1 today. They took me through the features of the bike and then we went for a test ride. I had done plenty of research and I hadn't been able to find a collapsible ebike that could get me up quite steep hills comfortably. They helped me to a positive decision and I am now the happy owner of the above!

Knowledgeable and excellent sales and service.Just bought my first ebike (a gravel bike) to make more of the hilly area around here whilst still getting a great workout. Superb sales and service. Highly recommended!

I’m on my second e-bike now having upgraded earlier in the summer. I can’t recommend Coulsdon enough. The staff are cheerful, so informative and never pushy to sell. It’s taken me months to decide on my upgrade and I’m sooo pleased with my all singing all dancing Specialised Tero.

Staff are lovely and very knowledgeable. They catered to my needs and weren’t trying to sell me the highest priced bike. They took all my requirements and talked me through all the different options.Highly recommend purchasing from this shop!I ended up getting the Specialized Vado SL 4.0 EQ
