The food is good and pretty quick coming out of the kitchen, but it takes SO long to be seated. It’s not a coincidence either because this has happened every time I’ve been there. You order via a QR code on the table, but if that doesn’t work and you need help from a server then honestly you’re better off leaving. This happened to 2 ladies sat next to me who had asked for a server to take their order manually, they waited so long they decided to leave. If the QR code works for you then you’re probably fine, but if not, try finding somewhere else.

Overpriced and mediocre. £17 for a full English including toast and tea and it couldn't have been more average. £13 for Mac and cheese that was flavourless and mostly sauce, served with a dirty spoon.

Good food with great service.The cheapest vegan full breakfast in Bristol Airport.The staff forgot about my toast until I told them about it, and it then took 10 minutes for them to get it to me. Not much of an issue, but I had nearly finished my food by the time the toast arrived. But I can't complain too much as it was quite cheap.Tasty vegan tofu scramble!

They take ages to seat you so we just found a seat and ordered via the QR code. People who were seated by the server were not given cutlery so I don't think we missed much other than not standing around for 10 minutes. The food is ok. The staff are rude and very bad at their jobs however there are usually a lot of seating available.

Two of us visited here for lunch. We were reallyImpressed with the gluten free menu. Considering it is within an airport there was also a good choice for vegetarians. We had the gluten free carbonara and a classic burger.The service was friendly and we were told if there was going to be a delay.The prices were higher than we were expecting but they were reasonable in comparison to other choices within the airport.Overall, we were very pleased and would go back if flying from Bristol again.

Fantastic service! Thank you Emma, chefs and bar staff for a wonderful start to our holiday. Excellent choice and value for money. Delicious food and drinks. Really fast service and an incredible waitress. A true professional, thank you and well done.

Poppy was very friendly and attentive. She did everything she could to make my experience as good as possible. The food was OK some of the chips were a little burnt and the bacon was only just cooked on the burger ,

As a regular visitor to the airport I have tried most of the eating establishments in the airport. That said it's down to what you want to eat, as to which you visit. Frankie & Benny's is little hidden gem, stuck in the corner next to Burger King. It is well worth a visit.
