I started with Amy years ago, when I had a bad back and she was able to tailor things easily for me. Yoga helped me, and any twinges after holidays not doing yoga go away after classes start again! It's also helped with my mental health and I just love the classes. I've enjoyed watching my strength and flexibility grow

I’ve been going to Aimi’s classes for quite a few years now. She is an excellent teacher. Five years ago her classes went a long way to helping me make a full recovery from a full hip replacement. It’s been brilliant to be able to keep going through the pandemic through Zoom classes

Aimi is an excellent yoga teacher. She is always so welcoming, very well prepared, clear with her instructions and ready to offer alternatives to oldies like me who sometimes can't manage the full pose! Attending Aimi's yoga class via Zoom during lockdown definitely helped to keep me sane. I highly recommend One Yoga to anyone who wants to start or continue with Iyengar yoga. It will be the highlight of your week.

I have been a student of Aimi's at One Yoga Hexham for several years. Aimi is a very patient teacher who gives very clear instructions to ensure the various poses are being held correctly. In the group classes, allowances are always made for people of different levels of experience and/or mobility. The classes are very friendly and welcoming and I highly recommend them.

Aimi is a wonderful teacher. Relaxed charming and fun. She has an exceptional understanding of anatomy and how the slightest change in posture will impact upon the body. The classes are very inclusive as Aimi is able to accommodate all levels of ability and experience by suggesting support in asanas, finding alternatives or adding challenge. All without affecting the flow of the class. But for me Aimi’s greatest skill amongst many is in giving instructions of such calm precision that you understand exactly what you are aiming for - even if you can’t quite get there yet!

Aimi is a talented and inspiring teacher with a wealth of knowledge and experience on Iyengar Yoga. Classes are both fun and enjoyable focusing each week on a different part of the body.Always polite with a caring manner Aimi gives clear and specific instructions to encourage each student into the pose, precise with alignment and always safe from injury. Iyengar yoga uses various props and modifications to help students achieve the benefits from the pose while still being able to challenge.I can thoroughly recommend Aimi’s teaching and the many positive benefits of a regular yoga practice.

I have been doing the Monday night class for men for a few years now. Aimi patiently builds up each pose so that everyone can understand how to do it safely and with confidence. The class is good for beginners, or those with a little more experience. Give it a go!

Excellent teacher. Takes time to explain and demonstrate the poses. Always attentive which even works well during the Corona viras enforced zoom classes. Classes suit both the beginner and the experienced. Some classes are mixed but there's a men only class for those of a shy disposition!

Aimi is an excellent Iyengar yoga teacher. Her face to face instruction is 1st class and I always feel safe and well guided by her.I’ve joined Aimi’s online instruction and here again her care and guidance in all things is excellent - thank you Aimi.

Since my first class as a complete novice I have loved being taught yoga by Aimi. She is a wonderful patient teacher, always enthusiastic and encouraging. In 5 years my flexibility has increased tremendously, and I feel great. Amazing Aimi !
